We’re excited to partner with the Bella Vista Community in Chiapas, Mexico to bring this coffee back to our lineup! We have been working with Rosalba Cifuentes and the Bella Vista community for 4 years and this year we were able to divert more of our purchases towards this relationship knowing the direct impact it has had on the producers, not to mention the focus on quality always hits the mark. This community lot is unique for its sweet cinnamon notes, fudge, creamy and full body. This is a perfect coffee for espresso, french press and batch brew. 

Recommended Brewing Parameters:

Espresso: 

1:2.0 (17.5-18g in, 35-36g out, 25-28 seconds)

Filter: 1:16

Batch Brew: 1:16
